What Data Do We Collect?
We collect your name, contact details and other relevant information that you have provided to us through various channels (such as correspondence, our website, in conversation), or that is derived directly from your resume. The data will only be used for the purposes set out in this policy. We may also obtain data from third parties to improve and personalize your user experience with us and to ensure that we find positions that are the best fit for you. In addition, other personal data about you may arise during the course of our relationship (e.g. via organizations to whom we have sent your resume and/or with whom you have been in contact).
To sign up for notifications for new career opportunities, you must provide us with your name and e-mail address. We will then use this information to keep you informed by e-mail of the latest job openings in your chosen industry, and to provide you with other services.
Further information about your resume:
You have the option to submit your resume via our platform, to enter your career data manually through our platform login, or to submit your resume to one of our staff members. This allows you to apply for specific opportunities, or give one of our consultants permission to consider your resume for future opportunities. We keep your resume securely and confidentially in our database so that an appropriate consultant can access it and provide you with the best possible service.
You can update your resume at any time via our platform or in collaboration with one of our staff members. Your old resume will be archived during this process.

How Long Do We Store Your Personal Data?
We store your personal data only as long as necessary. The length of this storage time depends on the services we provide to you. We often collaborate with candidates multiple times and for many years, placing them in new positions throughout their careers.
In addition, we perform regular data cleansing and updates to ensure that the data we have is relevant and accurate, and we do not retain data for too long.
Who do we share your personal information with?
We may share your information with all Pickvogel employees and trusted third parties to help us provide our service to you. In special circumstances, we may be required and obligated by a regulatory or law enforcement agency to disclose certain personal information.
